Names - Shows list of all servers and computers you input (like e-mail address book)
Notes - Enter notes for contact (optional)

Name - Enter name for your contact (displayed in shortcut drop down menu under connect button)
IP Address - Enter contact's IP number (or server address)
Port number - Insert port number (if you entering info for server)

New - If you want enter new contact without exiting
Exit - Press this when contact is saved
Delete - Deletes highlighted contact
Done - When you entered all contact's info click it to save
